The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), working with CAMRI, collaborated with DHCS staff and other key stakeholders to investigate if Adoption Entities (AE) speed EHR adoption among Medi-Cal focused eligible providers. Investigators composed a definition of AEs and their possible contractual relationships through stakeholder interviews, a review of the literature, and analysis of CMS' EHR incentive program final rule. The report is available from the authors.
